An experienced Athletics Manager, Coach and Teacher fostering a growth mindset. Currently serving as the Athletics Manager for Meade Middle School since 2024. Coach Q is also entering his fourth year as a Middle School Team Sports Teacher, inspiring students to engage in teamwork and physical activity.

As a member of the Senior Board of Directors at Legacy Football Academy from 2017 to 2021, he helped guide young athletes, with over 45 of his student athletes advancing on to play college football—19 of whom received scholarships. His coaching journey also includes serving as North County HS Head JV Football Coach in 2015.
